It is a great joy working closely with our clients to design a beautiful home, prepare construction ready plans and oversee subsequent contract management and related services to complete a home that meets their design and lifestyle objectives.

We truly believe that life is better in a minimalist, elegant, personalised home that “lightly touches the earth". And most importantly, a home that is designed to be built within your project budget.

We have a fixed price design and documentation fee structure structure that we clearly outline before any work commences. This provides you comfort against any potential design costings blow-outs and will save you money. Also we ensure prior to commencement that the design is founded in a realistic understanding and reflection of your overall cost envelope.

Phase 1.

• Site visit and examining relevant codes

• Initial sketches, design development and scope of design to your specific requirements

• Facilitation of external consultants: Site Survey; Soil Test; Bushfire Attack Level (BAL); Site Specific Structural Engineering; Certification etc.

• Construction budget analysis

• Design and Schematics - interior and exterior

Phase 2.

• Building Approval (BA) ready plans - with up to three revisions

• Submission to and liaison with Certifier for Building Approval (BA)

• Construction Documentation

Phase 3.

• Detailed drawings and specification for all joinery items - Kitchen; Bathroom; Laundry; Bedroom, Robes etc. - inc. an electrical plan and schedule of lighting and appliance fixtures and fittings.

Phase 4.

• Construction ready Building plans - with up to two revisions

• Tender document preparation and liaison with potential builders (with recommendation on most suitable for your job)

Phase 5.

• Remote project advice and builder contract admin - inc. site visits during construction
